Stall Reservation Information:
Stalls $45/each Prior to November 1st, $50/each after November 1st

Stall Reservations must be pre-paid and Payments should be sent to: "SMQH-Events" Mail to: 420 Argentine Rd. Howell, MI 48843. Please indicate how many horse stalls and how many tack stalls. Special requests will be considered on a first-come-first-served basis.  All stalls are located in the Main Pavilion Barn. In the event the shows sells out, you will be notified and placed on a waiting list.

Holiday Showdown Stall Cancellation Policy:
In the event you must cancel your stall prior to the show, please notify SMQH in writing no later than December 10th to receive a refund. Stalls cancelled after December 10th will not be refunded.

Stalls will not be refunded due to inclement weather unless the facility is directed to shut down by Michigan State University.  SMQH will issue refunds within 45 days of event date.

Arrival & Departure Information:
You May Haul-in on Friday Dec 16th AFTER 11:00 am. Stall Assignments will be posted, however you are required to check in with the stall manager upon arrival with your coggins test to obtain your stall assignment.  (Out-of-state will be required to show proof of negative coggins and health certificate.)  The stall manager will be available between 11AM - 9pm. If you plan to arrive on Saturday or Sunday, you may check in at the stall manager or show office to receive your stall assignment. All horses must depart Sunday evening after the event.

Friday Show Time: 6pm, $3/class no entry required, present ticket at the gate.
Saturday Show time: Showdown @ 8am,  Bridleless Battle for The Bling @ 7pm
Sunday Show time: Battle for The Saddle @ 8am
MSU Concessions will be open Friday 3pm throughout the entire event weekend.

Volunteer Opportunites:
As with all big shows, we need plenty of volunteers and helpers to make it a success.  If you are interested in lending a hand, email Ericka at shomehorseshows@yahoo.com  Our helpers receive lots of great swag! If you are a horse show Mom or Dad, you may volunteer to reduce your children's weekend expense!
